平素よりHOTEL NEXUS博多山王をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
現在、宿泊施設や予約サイトを装い、WhatsApp等を通じて外部サイトへのアクセスや、支払い・クレジットカード情報等の入力を求める不審なメッセージが確認されております。
また、同時期に他の宿泊施設様においても、同様の不審なメッセージが確認されております。
当ホテルから、WhatsApp等を利用して外部サイトへのアクセスを求めたり、クレジットカード情報・個人情報等の入力をお願いしたりすることはございません。
不審なメッセージを受信された場合は、記載されたURLへのアクセスや、個人情報・クレジットカード情報等の入力を行わず、メッセージを削除していただきますようお願いいたします。
また、当ホテルからの連絡かどうか判断がつかない場合は、当ホテル公式サイトに掲載しております連絡先まで直接お問い合わせください。
現在、関係各所と状況の確認を進めております。

Additionally, other accommodations have reported receiving similar suspicious messages during the same period.
Our hotel will never use WhatsApp or similar platforms to ask you to access external websites or enter credit card information, personal information, or other details.
If you receive a suspicious message, please do not access the URL provided or enter any personal information or credit card details; instead, please delete the message.
Furthermore, if you are unsure whether a message is actually from our hotel, please contact us directly using the contact information listed on our official website.
We are currently working with relevant authorities to investigate the situation.
