【重要】当ホテル導入の予約管理システムにおける不正アクセス発生に関するお詫びとお知らせ
ご宿泊予約者の皆様
平素よりHOTEL NEXUS博多山王をご愛顧いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、当ホテルで導入しております予約サイトコントローラー「TEMAIRAZU（手間いらず）」を提供する、手間いらず株式会社において、第三者による不正アクセスが発生いたしました。これにより、当ホテルをご予約いただいた一部のお客様の宿泊予約に関する情報が、外部から閲覧・取得された可能性を否定できないとの報告を受けております。
お客様には多大なるご心配とご迷惑をおかけしておりますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
なお、現時点におきまして、当ホテルからの情報漏洩は確認されておりません。
手間いらず株式会社からの報告による、本件の概要およびお客様へのお願いは以下の通りでございます。
1．漏洩した可能性がある情報について
＜対象となるご予約＞
・2026年9月21日（月）までに成立したご予約
・2026年9月21日（月）以降の宿泊日のご予約
＜閲覧およびデータ取得された可能性がある情報＞
・氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス
・宿泊予約情報（宿泊施設名、予約サイト名、予約番号、チェックイン日、チェックアウト日、宿泊金額など）
※当該システムではクレジットカード番号や予約サイトのログインID、パスワード等は保持していないため、これらの漏洩はございません。
2．現在の状況について
手間いらず株式会社によりますと、不正アクセスの原因となった箇所（過去に提供していたサービスの機能の一部）への対策および再発防止策は、2026年9月26日（土）に実施完了しております。また、外部機関と連携し、引き続き詳細な調査を進めるとともに、警察および個人情報保護委員会への報告も行われております。
3．お客様へのお願い（不審なメッセージにご注意ください）
今回の事象に関連し、宿泊施設や予約サイトを装った不審なメールやSMS、WhatsApp等が送信され、外部サイトへのアクセスやクレジットカード情報等の入力を求められる事例が確認されております。
不審な連絡を受信された場合は、以下の点に十分ご注意くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
・メッセージに記載されたURLやリンクを開かないでください。
・クレジットカード情報や個人情報を絶対に入力しないでください。
・不審なメッセージには返信せず、指示に従った支払いや送金を行わないでください。
・本件により、お客様の宿泊予約が自動的にキャンセルされることはございません。
万が一、不審なウェブサイトにクレジットカード情報等を入力されてしまった場合は、速やかにご利用のクレジットカード会社へご相談ください。

[Important] Notice and Apology Regarding Unauthorized Access to Our Booking Management System
Dear Guests,
Thank you for choosing HOTEL NEXUS Hakata Sanno.
We were recently informed by "TEMAIRAZU", our booking management system provider, that their system experienced unauthorized third-party access.
As a result, some of our guests' booking information may have been viewed or acquired by an outside party.
We deeply apologize for the concern and inconvenience this may cause you.
Please be assured that there has been no data leak from our hotel’s own internal systems.
Below is a summary of the incident and an important warning regarding suspicious messages.
1. Potentially Compromised Information
・Affected Bookings: Bookings made on or before September 21, 2026, for stays on or after September 21, 2026.
・Affected Data: Name, address, phone number, email address, and booking details (hotel name, dates, price, etc.).
・Safe Data: No credit card information or passwords were leaked, as the system does not store this information.
2. Current Status TEMAIRAZU fixed the system vulnerability on September 26, 2026, and implemented measures to prevent recurrence. They are currently investigating the matter further with external security experts and have reported the incident to the police and relevant authorities.
3. Warning: Beware of Phishing Scams Due to this incident, you may receive suspicious emails, SMS, or WhatsApp messages pretending to be from the hotel or booking sites, asking you to click a link or enter your credit card information. If you receive such a message, please strictly observe the following:
・DO NOT click on any links in the message.
・DO NOT enter your credit card or personal information.
・DO NOT reply to the message or make any payments.
Please note: Your booking will NOT be automatically canceled because of this incident.
If you have accidentally entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately.
